Pierre DeBois, Associate Book Editor, Small Business Trends. Pierre is the founder of Zimana, a consultancy providing strategic analysis to small and medium sized businesses that rely on web analytics and social media data to optimize marketing and online presence. William Bruce is an Accredited Business Intermediary assisting individuals in the valuation, sale and acquisition of privately held businesses. He currently serves as president of the American Business Brokers Association. He has authored many articles on the valuation and transfer of business ownership interests.

Carla Holland has been an advocate for small business owners for over 10 years. After several years of assisting over 305 entrepreneurs, I decided to create my own business that specialized in Leadership and Marketing. It is important for small business owners to shift their mindset to embrace change in the market place. I assist entrepreneurs to manage and grow a successful business. I currently work with University of Delaware's Small Business & Technology Development Center as Business Advisor.
