This book, written by a psychologist, deals with the "everyday crazy" or irrational (non-abnormal psychology) that we encounter on a daily basis in our relationships with people. This can include people who manipulate, consistently take on too much, and other problems that we most likely avoid or find some ineffective way to deal with them. The book suggests that instead of running from them we should "lean into their crazy" or engage with them in the reality they live in and guide the conversation back to what we need or want. The psychologist offers several "everyday crazy" personality types and ways to effectively communicate with them.
