"Serial Winner" is about creating the conditions for persistent success. The book shares the story of a manager who achieved great success with one project, but is having trouble rallying the troubles and getting the right things going in the right direction for the next project. He encounters a wise executive at an airport who provides excellent advice on how to build success over a lifetime. Through a fictional (but highly realistic) story, the author is able to share a vast amount of information that is also personable but applicable to a lot of general situations over your career lifetime. Although the lessons aren't clearly marked out, readers will have no trouble picking them up.
