Phase II: Startup - Transition from the idea in logical, manageable steps plan (and adjust) goals, create and execute a formal business plan, generate leads, and refine evolving business priorities

Phase III: Running - Pull together a management team and build the valuation of the company

Phase IV: Exit - Maximize the organization's value and finalize the transaction of an exit plan
